Lynne Edwards: PYA Board member and part of the GUEST Exec Committee and GUEST approved Trainer. Lynne holds an HND in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management, with 10 years on-board yachts and over 30 years’ experience in yacht-related, luxury hotel and villa management divisions.
Renata : With a Bachelor degree in hotel management, Renata moved onto a 10 year career in the Cruise liners, then Maître D'Hôtel in the signature restaurant “Le Cordon Blue”, before workign for the Royal Family in the United Arab Emirates onboard thier yacht. She started as Chief Stewardess and was promoted to Hotel Manager/Purser onboard 92 meter MY Dubawi managing many special events and voyages for the family. Early 2016 Renata became a GUEST approved trainer working for LH.
Sachiko Katsurada: Sachi is a trained flower art florist from Japan who previously worked for Japan Airlines before moving to Montreal and then France to follow her passion as a florist. Aside from being a business owners, Sachi is also a GUEST approved Trainer and works for The Crew Academy teaching the GUEST Florisrty training.
Kim Woodey: CEO of KDW Training a GUEST approved Trainer and Training Provider. With 9 years’ experience working on board luxury yachts and 5 years in teaching. Extensive experience in project management, teambuilding and high end service with previous formal training in Laundry, Valet Service, Flowers and Wine.
Karen Passman: With over fifteen years’ experience developing managers, leaders and professionals, through facilitation, training, 1:1 coaching and assessment. Karen has a passion for developing people which is evident in her positive, enthusiastic and supportive style of delivery. To this end she has also become involved in the design and delivery of the MCA HELM (human element, leadership and management) courses, and the GUEST Leadership Module.
Angie Wallace: A former business owner and went on to be Chief Stewardess and Interior Manager during her nine year career in the luxury super yacht industry, progressing through the ranks to Purser from stewardess aboard busy private and charter yachts, along with her wealth of experience gained during build projects and refits.
